Seismic Loops
A loop or U-loop is by far the most recognizable of a seismic flexible connection.
This arrangement allows a significant range of movement and is a cost effective means of achieving the seismic requirements.
Seismic loops are designed based on your requirements or we can take the delegated design role and take overall responsibility.
Inline (Seismic) Expansion Joints
One of the disadvantages of a U-loop becomes apparent when larger pipe sizes result in excessive space requirements and expensive fittings.
Our inline expansion joints fit within the pipe/flange diameter and can accomodate similar ranges of movement at much higher pressures and temperatures.
We utilize a completely sealed design (no O-rings) that can withstand the pressures and temperatures that are typical present in commercial and industrial applications.
